"The Gorgeous Death" is my depiction of falling in love with Autumn. Growing up in Miami I didn't get to see seasons so when I moved to Georgia I got to experience the beauty of Autumn for the first time and was inspired to paint this autumn nymph in her element as the trees shed their leaves and gorgeous red and orange jewels fall about the forest.
