Store Policies
-SHIPPING POLICY-
Shipping may take up to 2 weeks from time of purchase, but is usually much faster. I make every print to order and lovingly package the orders myself. Prints are placed in a protective sleeve with a chipboard backing to protect it from bending. Then they are shipped in padded envelope.
-RETURN POLICY-
If your print arrives damaged, I will happily replace it for you. Please send me a picture of how the artwork arrived at whitneypaigeart@gmail.com, and I will ship out a replacement :) Outside of items arriving damaged, I do not accept returns.
-COMMISSION TERMS & CONDITIONS-
To begin a commission, I require a 50% deposit to begin painting. Once the painting is complete the remaining amount is required before the painting is shipped out. All rights to the artwork remains with the artist and must not be used for any commercial purposes unless express written consent is provided by the artist. Deposits are non-refundable.
-PAYMENT PLANS-
For original work and commissions, I do provide flexible payment plan options. A 30% deposit is required to hold an original painting. Then a payment toward the total must be made at least once every 30 days. Please contact me directly via email or facebook to discuss plan options.
